Aryan Khan buys property in South Delhi worth Rs 37 crore: Reports

Actor Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has reportedly purchased two floors of a property in South Delhi's Panchsheel Park for Rs 37 crore. The property's basement and ground floor is already owned by his parents, Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, who previously resided there during their early career days.

by The Economic Times, the transaction was registered in May this year and a stamp duty worth Rs 2.64 crore was paid.

In 2023, it was reported that Shah Rukh's daughter Suhana Khan bought a property in Alibaug. Reports suggested that it is a beachfront destination for Mumbai's rich and famous, worth Rs 12.91 crore.
