Bigg Boss 13 fame Asim Riaz is NOT a part of Salman Khan's Kick 2, makers dismiss rumours

Kick can be easily counted as one of Salman Khan’s all-time superhits. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film was one of the highest-grossers of 2014. Salman’s iconic French beard had become the talk of the town.

Cut to today. Kick 2 is in the making and cinephiles have been waiting for an update on the film. With the many casting conversations going around, a report had it that Asim Riaz has been roped in for the sequel. Just when the buzz was growing, Kick 2 makers quashed the rumours.

may have an update on Kick 2. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film has left fans hooked for updates. Out of the many rumours doing the rounds pertaining to the film’s casting, Free Press Journal recently reported, “The film will release in 2024 and an official announcement about Asim's role in the film will be made soon.” However, the makers have refuted the development.

Taking to Twitter, Nadiadwala Grandson’s official page had an update. The tweet can be read, “We are working on our script for #Kick2 and this news is NOT TRUE! We request all the media houses to please clarify the news with us before printing (sic).”
