'Bigg Boss OTT 3' to launch in June on JioCinema

For those waiting, there's finally a new update on 'Bigg Boss OTT 3'. The web show, streaming exclusively on JioCinema, will be launched in June. 'BB OTT' first started in 2021, with Divya Agarwal emerging as the winner. This was followed by YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who won the second season of the controversial reality show.

JioCinema announced the arrival of 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' in June on May 22. The promo offered sneak peeks into popular moments from the previous seasons of 'Bigg Boss'. Along with it, was an announcement that said, "Bigg Boss OTT ka naya season dekh kar sab bhool jaaoge (After watching the new season of Bigg Boss OTT, you'll forget everything



else).

"The show was supposed to start in May. However, it was pushed to June, due to conversations between the network and the actor not reaching any conclusion. Makers tried cajoling the actor into hosting the show. The hunt for a replacement is on. Conversations with Anil Kapoor are ongoing. He was approached by the makers, and it may transpire into something concrete,” a source close to the production told the portal. A final confirmation on the same is awaited.

The first season of 'Bigg Boss OTT' was hosted by Karan Johar, followed by Salman Khan replacing him in the second season. As per a TOI report, Anil Kapoor has been approached to host the third season of the show.
