Bihar Police records Ankita Lokhande's statement in Sushant's death case

Bihar Police today recorded the statement of Ankita Lokhande in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput's death. Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14. Ankita and Sushant dated for several years when they worked on the show Pavitra Rishta. Further details about the statement are still awaited.

The Mumbai Police has been investigating Sushant's death case, however, recently, following a complaint filed by Sushant's father KK Singh in Patna, Bihar Police has been involved. Two teams of Bihar Police landed in Mumbai yesterday and



have requested for the statements of the 40 people recorded by Mumbai Police so far. They are also looking further into Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend, and if she pushed the actor towards this fatal end.

As per KK Singh's FIR, Rhea appropriated Rs 15 crore from Sushant's account and the sum was transferred to three separate accounts. The Enforcement Directorate has also been involved and they will now look into Sushant's bank statements. Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bandra branch, has already been contacted in the matter.
