Celebs extend wishes to Team India on T20 World Cup win

Kamal Haasan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Mammootty, Allu Arjun, Kajol, and more celebs praised Team India after its monumental win at the T20 World Cup. India defeated South Africa in the last over by 7 runs, ending the country's 11-year-long drought for the ICC crown. While citizens celebrated the win with hoots and cheers, celebs shared their excitement on social media.

India lifted the coveted ICC trophy last night, making the country proud. Anushka Sharma was one of the first ones to post and cheer for her husband, Virat Kohli, on social media. Sharing a photo of Virat lifting the ICC trophy, she wrote, "AND I love this man @virat.kohli . So grateful to call you my home - now go have a glass of sparkling water for me to celebrate this! (sic)."

Kamal Haasan wrote, "The wait is over! A victory for the ages! When the going got tough, the Men in Blue showed what they are made of! Ranveer Singh shared an array of Instagram stories, expressing his ecstasy over India's victory.
