Cyclone Tauktae damages sets of Tiger 3, Maidaan and Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai

The massive winds and rains by the Cyclone Tauktae this week wreaked havoc in Mumbai, damaging properties, houses, vehicles and infrastructure. The sets of films and shows were worst affected by the cyclone. The sets of films like Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi, Salman Khan's Tiger 3 and Boney Kapoor's Maidaan have been destroyed by the Cyclone Tauktae.

These films' sets experienced the



most damage in the cyclone as these were erected outdoors in and around the Film City - Aarey Milk colony area which is a jungle with lots of trees. Fortunately, no one was hurt on these sets as the shootings are currently halted due to the lockdown imposed to fight the second wave of the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The film crews will start repairing the damage as soon as the lockdown will be shifted.
