Actor Sunny Deol's much-anticipated film, 'Jaat', got off to a decent start at the box office on April 10. However, the second day collection saw a drop in numbers. In two days, 'Jaat' has raked in only Rs 16 crore at the domestic box office. The film is now relying on the weekend to see if it picks up momentum.

'Jaat' marked the Bollywood debut of Telugu director, Gopichand Malineni.



The film released in theatres on April 10 and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.

According to tracking website, Sacnilk, 'Jaat' has collected Rs 9.5 crore nett at the domestic box office on Day 1. However, it witnessed a slight drop in numbers on Day 2 and earned just Rs 7 crore nett in India. Trade pundits predict that the film might pick up pace over the weekend.
