Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan set to reunite for a Netflix project

After impressing fans with their powerful performance in ‘Humsafar’, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan are all set to reunite for a Netflix project. A Variety report suggests Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan will star together in Netflix's first Pakistan-themed Original. The series is adapted from the 2013 Urdu novel ‘Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo.’

After stirring magic with their chemistry in ‘Humsafar’, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan are believed to reunite for a Netflix Pakistan-themed original. The series, adapted from the 2013 Urdu novel, is written by Farhat Ishtiaq who was the



author of the novel Humsafar, from which Fawad and Mahira's show has been adapted.

As per Variety reports, the show revolves around a Harvard law student, Sikandar, “who witnesses a life-altering incident,” and a talented artist, Liza, who has a “troubled past.” The two meet in Italy.

Other than the two leads, the series also reunites Sanam Saeed with Fawad after their popular Zindagi show ‘Barzakh.’ Others in the cast include Ahad Raza Mir, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Bilal Ashraf, Maya Ali, Iqra Aziz, Hania Aamir, Khushaal Khan, Nadia Jamil and many more.
