As ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ manages to swoon the audience over, box office numbers are also going up. After an array of celebs lauded the film, cricketer Sourav Ganguly also happened to enjoy Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s flick. Did he post about it? Not yet, but a fan spotted the cricketer enjoying the film at a theatre and asked about it. And guess what he replied? 'Darun’ (which means excellent in Bengali).

Ganguly went to watch the film at a cinema hall recently when his fans spotted him. An ardent admirer of the cricketer took to Twitter and dropped a photo with him from the theatre. The fan, in a tweet, also mentioned that when asked, Sourav Ganguly said that Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s film is ‘darun’ (excellent)!

It is worth noting here that Ganguly hails from Kolkata. And the film also has a major Bengali element in it with Alia playing Rani Chatterjee. And a thumbs up from the ace cricketer at this time couldn't have been better!
