Actor Elizabeth MacRae, known for her recurring role in General Hospital as well as Gomer Pyle USMC, has died. She was 88, reported Deadline. The reason for her death has not been disclosed yet.
MacRae got her first TV show as one of the witnesses in the courtroom series, The Verdict is Yours. In her over two-decade career, the actor made her mark in the
entertainment world by appearing in a number of shows, including the likes of Surfside 6, Rendezvous, The Fugitive, I Dream of Jeannie and The Andy Griffith Show among more.
However, one of her more popular roles has to be the one which she essayed in General Hospital. She played the role of Meg Baldwin for around four years in it until the makers killed her character.
