Many fans eagerly waiting to book tickets for singer-rapper Honey Singh's India concert were left disappointed, facing a situation similar to the ticket rush for Coldplay and Diljit Dosanjh's concerts. Long queues and rapidly selling tickets added to the frustration. In fact, all tickets for his shows sold out in under 10 minutes.
The tickets for Honey Singh's concerts, which went live at 2 pm on Saturday, January 11, via Zomato's District app, were sold out within minutes. The virtual queue, which initially had over 20,000 fans waiting, quickly dwindled to one,
but by then, all tickets were already unavailable.
Initially, the General Access tickets were priced at Rs 1,499, but due to overwhelming demand, the price surged to Rs 2,500. Other categories included Gold Balcony at Rs 3,999, Millionaire Pit at Rs 6,000, and Premium tickets, which were initially priced at Rs 6,500 but later increased to Rs 8,500.
Interestingly, after a brief sell-out, the tickets went live again, this time with revised prices. General Access tickets, which initially started at Rs 1,499, were now being sold at Rs 3,000.
