Hrithik Roshan are set to lock horns at the box office with "Rustom"
and "Mohenjo Daro", releasing in August.
There were reports that makers of "Rustom" are negotiating with Ashutosh Gowariker to push release date of his film, "Mohenjo Daro". They claimed in reports that they had announced the release date of August 12 first.
Ashutosh Gowariker Productions spokesperson, however, today clarified in a statement that the director was not approached.
"As the spokesperson of Ashutosh Gowariker Productions, I would like to clarify that he has not been spoken to and that there is no change in the release date of 'Mohenjo Daro,' the statement said.

announced more than a year ago, on January 15, 2015, the film will release on
August 12, 2016. There is a specific promotional plan in place for our film and
our campaign will begin as scheduled by our team for the same."
One of year's eagerly awaited releases, "Mohenjo Daro" is an epic love story, set in the Indus Valley civilization.
As per reports, the film is about the protagonist falling in love with his enemy's daughter with Hrithik and newcomer Pooja Hegde in the lead roles.
Akshay Kumar-Ileana D'Cruz starrer "Rustom" on the other hand is reportedly a film based on the 1959 Nanavati case where naval officer Kavas Maneckshaw Nanavati was tried for the murder of his wife's lover, Prem Ahuja. It is directed by Tinu Suresh.
