Hrithik Roshan has bought two apartments on Juhu-Versova Link Road, Mumbai, spread over three floors and 38,000 sq ft. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building named Mannat and one of them is a penthouse. The apartments come with a 6500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace, an exclusive lift and ten parking lots.
Hrithik Roshan has carried out two different registrations with the builder Samir Bhojwani. The
deal is worth 97.50 crore.
For the duplex, Hrithik Roshan paid Rs 67.50 crore which is spread over 27,534.85 sq ft on the 15th and 16th floors of the building. For the other apartment, that measures 11,165.82 sq ft and is on the 14th floor, the actor paid a sum of Rs 30 crore. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore for the registration of the apartments. In August, Maharastra government slashed stamp duty from 5 percent to 2 percent.
