Illiterate idiot: Adnan Sami blasts ex-Pak minister for questioning citizenship

Singer Adnan Sami was involved in a heated exchange with former Pakistani minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain after he asked if the composer would also be sent back to Pakistan after India directed Pakistani nationals to leave the country following the Pahalgam terror



attack.

Calling Fawad Hussain an "illiterate idiot", Sami pointed out that he had obtained Indian citizenship way back in 2016.

The exchange started after Hussain referred to a direction by Union Home Minister Amit Shah asking states to ensure the prompt return of Pakistani citizens.
