Pakistani actor Hania Aamir recently shared her thoughts on the relationship between India and Pakistan, describing the two countries as “distant cousins.” In an interview with CNN, she reflected on the cultural parallels and mutual appreciation that exist between the neighbouring nations.

When asked about the importance of cross-border relations with

India, Hania said, “We’re like distant cousins. We’re just so similar in so many ways. It’s absolutely lovely to see that we can collaborate and are just so appreciative of each other.”

The actor also addressed the pressures of being referred to as the “face of Gen-Z” in Pakistan, a title that has brought her significant recognition in recent years.
