Kangana Ranaut meets spiritual leader Dalai Lama in Dharamshala

Actor turned-politician Kangana Ranaut recently met Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. Former Himachal Pradesh chief minister and senior BJP leader Jai Ram Thakur also accompanied her during the meeting.

Kangana Ranaut shared pictures from her meeting on Instagram and expressed her honour of meeting the spiritual leader. “Aaj Dharmshaala mein His Holiness Dalai Lama ji se bhent hue (Today, we met the spiritual Dalai Lama in Dharamshala), it was one of the most memorable moments of my life. His



Holiness Ji said that he enjoys being in Himachal Pradesh and absolutely loves Bharat. Such a privilege such an honour (sic).”

The ‘Fashion’ actor even reflected on her encounter with the revered spiritual figure in a conversation with ANI and said, “It was divine. It was an experience which I’ll cherish all my life. I think it is exceptional to be in the presence of such a being who has sheer divinity around him. So it was very emotional for me and ex-CM (Jairam Thakur). It is something that I cherish all my life.”
