‘my heart is a little bit more open’ feels Alia Bhatt as motherhood changed her

Alia Bhatt who is embracing motherhood after welcoming her first child, Raha with Ranbir Kapoor, shared how this phase has changed her perspective as an actor. Alia and Ranbir welcomed their baby girl on December 6. During the recent rounds of Oscar and BAFTA campaigns for Gangubai Kathiawadi, Alia while talking to Variety shared how motherhood has changed her thought process.

Alia Bhatt, who is basking in the duties of a new mommy with daughter Raha, recently revealed in an interview how motherhood has changed her thinking toward life as an actor. Alia also



specified whether her motherhood phase would reflect in her choice of roles or not.

While talking about the same, she said, “Motherhood has changed me so much. It’s barely been a month, just over three weeks, but I don’t know how it’s going to change the way I pick my roles yet because I haven’t gotten to thinking about that. But it’s changed the way I look at everything. I just think my heart is a little bit more open than it was before. I don’t know what change that is going to bring about. But we’ll see. I’m excited to see how that journey pans out.”
