Nitin Desai funeral: Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aamir Khan, Ashutosh Gowariker pay last respects

Famous art director Nitin Desai, who worked as a production designer in a lot of historical movies, TV shows and OTT series passed away two days ago. His death has come as a huge shock for everyone in the industry.

Actor Mukesh Rishi was seen paying his respects to the late art director. 

Ashutosh Gowariker, with whom Nitin Desai worked in 'Jodhaa Akbar', was also seen at the funeral ceremony. 

Nitin Desai is known for designing lavish sets for some of the blockbuster films such as 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', 'Devdas',



'Jodha Akbar', and 'Lagaan', among others.

Nitin Desai's mortal remains were kept at the studio called Diwan-E-Aam for the family members, friends and colleagues from the industry to offer their respects.

During his career spanning 20 years, Nitin has worked with directors like Madhur Bhandarkar, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Famous filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was also seen paying his respects to the art director. The two worked together for Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Devdas'.
