Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas forced to move out of LA mansion: Reports

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have moved out of their plush mansion, as per a new report by Page Six. According to the reports, water damage in Nick and Priyanka's lavish Los Angeles house has led to a mold infestation, sparking a legal battle that has been ongoing since May 2023.

As per Page Six, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been forced to move out of their LA home.

The couple's property boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an indoor basketball court, an interior bowling alley, a home theater, an entertainment lounge and a spa with a steam shower among others was bought in September 2019 for $20 million.

Now, as per the lawsuit documents obtained by



Page Six, the pool and spa began to present a series of issues for the then-newlyweds around April 2020, including “porous waterproofing” that “fostered mold contamination and related issues.”

The home’s problems allegedly made the premises “virtually unlivable” and “dangerous from a health perspective to occupy.” The lawsuit further stated that, "This has resulted in substantial and significant damage along with a failure of consideration which requires that the purchase and sale be rescinded."

In the meantime, as per the international outlet, the 31-year-old singer along with his actor-wife and their daughter Malti have moved into another property while construction continues on their luxe home in an effort to repair the issues.
