Priyanka Chopra to join Alia Bhatt in Met Gala 2023, confirms Variety

After Alia Bhatt was confirmed to make her debut at Met Gala 2023, it has now been learned that Priyanka Chopra will also be seen walking the red carpet at the annual fashion event. Priyanka Chopra has been making various glamorous appearances while promoting her upcoming spy thriller series Citadel.

Priyanka Chopra will soon be seen sharing screen space alongside Richard Madden in Prime Video’s Citadel. After completing her promotional spree, the global icon will be seen attending one of the annual fashion events, the Met Gala. Entertainment reporter Marc Malkin wrote in a tweet, "Confirmed! @priyankachopra just told me she will be at the #MetGala on



Monday."

The journalist further added that the actress' look for the big night 'will be on theme' because she loves a theme. This year’s Met Gala theme which is a tribute to Karl Lagerfeld, will feature Hollywood’s A-listers dressed in their best fashionable outfits. Priyanka also revealed that her look will, "have a 'special element'."

With Priyanka’s presence confirmed, fans are guessing if her husband Nick Jonas will also join the actress on the red carpet. The star couple will walk up the iconic stairs of the Metropolitan Museum in New York on May 1, 2023 (May 2, 3:30 am IST), alongside the biggest celebrities in the world.
