Pushpa The Rise re-releases in theatres ahead of sequel

As Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule gears up for a grand release on December 5, the excitement surrounding the franchise is building. Ahead of the sequel’s release, Pushpa: The Rise is returning to the big screen.

The Hindi version of the 2021 film, Pushpa, will re-release in theatres on November 22. The announcement generated curiosity amongst audiences, who were eager for a quick revision of the film before Pushpa 2

While the Hindi re-release has been confirmed, the fate of Pushpa 1 in Telugu-speaking states remains uncertain, with no official word on a re-release. However, the movie’s popularity remains high, especially in the USA, where Pushpa: The Rise made a major impact after its re-release on November 19. Prathyangira Cinemas, which handled the film's US re-release, shared an update on social media, keeping the momentum for the upcoming sequel.
