Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film, Jawan, opened at the box office with a lot fanfare and celebration. Fans turned up to theatres in bandages to show their support, and critics showered praise on the Atlee directorial. Joining the chorus of admirers is Kangana Ranaut, who took to Instagram to applaud Jawan and commend SRK for his reinvention at the age of 57.
Kangana shared a poster of Jawan and wrote, “From being the ultimate lover boy of the nineties to a decade long struggle again to reinvent his connection with his audience in his late forties to mid-fifties and ultimately rising as the quintessential Indian mass superhero at the age of 60 (almost) Is nothing short of superheroic even in real life. I remember the time when people wrote him off and mocked his choices, but his

According to early estimates, Jawan is poised to make history at the box office on its opening day. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the action-thriller is expected to rake in Rs 75 crore across all languages in India on its release day. This would mark the highest single-day collection for any Hindi film and the largest opening day collection ever for a Hindi-language film. The previous record was held by Shah Rukh’s Pathaan, which earned Rs 57 crore on the opening day.
