Choreographer and filmmaker Remo D'Souza created the dance movie franchise ABCD (Anybody can Dance) in 2013. It was followed by ABCD 2 starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles in 2015. February 8 marks eights years of the first instalment of ABCD and in order to mark the milestone Remo has shared his plans of coming up with the third part of ABCD franchise.
Remo D’Souza is currently celebrating the eighth anniversary of his successful directorial venture ABCD. In an interview with E
Times, he said that he is planning a third part of the franchise and that the script is almost ready. He also revealed that he will cast a dancer in the lead role in the film.
He said, “I am planning the third part of the series. We are working on the script; it is almost ready. We will announce it soon. ABCD is with Disney, so I am trying to get the title back. Most probably we will get it and call the third film ABCD 3 only. As for the cast, I cannot reveal names yet, but it has to be a dancer."
