Sara Ali Khan's mother Amrita Singh's buys luxury apartment worth Rs 18 crore in Juhu

Bollywood actor Amrita Singh has purchased a high-end residential apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for Rs 18 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was officially registered in February 2025, as per records from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR)

Singh’s new residence is located in the Peninsula building within Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society Limited. The ready-to-move-in property spans a built-up area of 252.04 sq m (~2,712.9 sq ft) and includes three car parking spaces. The purchase incurred a stamp duty of Rs 90 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
