Shah Rukh Khan calls Mohanlal 'OG Zinda Banda' as Malayalam actor dances to 'Jawan' song

Shah Rukh Khan, on April 23, took to his official X (formerly known as Twitter) page to call Mohanlal the 'OG Zinda Banda' as the latter danced to his song from 'Jawan'. A video of the performance is now going viral on social media. Mohanlal performed at a special award show in Kochi recently. The Malayalam superstar danced to Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' songs.

Mohanlal danced to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Zinda Banda' song from 'Jawan' and Rajinikanth's 'Hukum' from 'Jailer'. An excerpt of the video from the award show is now doing the rounds on social media.

Shah Rukh Khan reacted to the video and wrote, "Thank u @Mohanlal sir for



making this song the most special for me now. Wish I had done it half as good as you. Love u sir and waiting for dinner at home as and when. You are the OG Zinda Banda!!! (sic)."

Mohanlal replied to SRK and invited him over for breakfast. His reply read, "Dear @iamsrk, nobody can do it like you! You are and always will be the OG Zinda Banda in your classic, inimitable style. Thanks for your kind words. Also, just dinner? Why not groove to some Zinda Banda over breakfast, too? (sic)."

Shah Rukh Khan's 'Zinda Banda' is one of the chartbusters from his superhit film, 'Jawan', directed by Atlee. The foot-tapping number is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
