Shah Rukh Khan is all praise for 'gentleman' English footballer David Beckham

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who hosted a private dinner for David Beckham during his three-day visit to India, was all praise for the English footballer. SRK took to his Instagram account on Friday to share a picture with Beckham from the party.

Shah Rukh Khan praised the English footballer for his "kindness and gentle nature". The Bollywood actor also asked Beckham to "get some sleep".

"Last night with an icon...and an absolute gentleman. Have always been a big admirer but meeting



him and seeing how he is with kids made me realise that the only thing that outdoes his football is his kindness and his gentle nature. My love to your family. Be well and happy my friend and get some sleep... (sic)," Shah Rukh Khan wrote.

Legendary footballer David Beckham was in Mumbai for the ICC World Cup semi-final match between India and New Zealand on Wednesday. During his three-day visit here as part of his tour as UNICEF’s Goodwill Ambassador, he attended several high-profile parties and met many celebrities.
