Shah Rukh Khan has a way with his trailers. Unlike other actors, SRK takes a personal interest in the treatment of his first cut trailer. Back in the day, when the actor was shooting for ‘Swades’, an associate director on the film revealed how SRK spent countless days and nights discussing the tonality of the first look trailer with his director, Ashutosh Gowariker. Hence, it comes as no surprise that the actor has shown the same enthusiasm for his first film with South director Atlee for ‘Jawan’.
The trailer of 'Jawan' is expected to be out on July 10. Sources tell India Today.in that Atlee and his team presented Shah Rukh Khan with a few cuts of the trailer. The first one had more emphasis on the dialogues while the second had more of an emotional storyline and gave a bit more insight into who is ‘Jawan’. Given the fact that the makers had some more time due to the film being pushed back, Atlee and SRK got the luxury of tweaking and finalising the trailer with
extra inputs from friends and colleagues whose opinion matters.
Sources reveal that the look and feel of the ‘Jawan’ trailer is extremely massy and the emphasis will be on the dialogues in true Atlee fashion. Also, the way SRK has been presented in the trailer, is unlike something you have seen before. Buzz is that the superstar and his team were blown away by the response to the teaser and they wanted to make sure the trailer delivered the goods to the audiences on the same lines.
After the blockbuster success with ‘Pathaan’, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to return to the screens for the second time this year with ‘Jawan’, helmed by Atlee. The trailer for the same is expected to release soon, in fact, two days to be precise, as fans predict. The makers are yet to confirm the same. As revealed on the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) website, ‘Jawan’ has a runtime of 2 minutes and 15 seconds. It has also received a U/A certificate.
