Sooraj Barjatya to begin filming with Salman Khan next year

Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya has had a long association with Salman Khan. Their first film together, ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, was a big blockbuster and since then, Rajshri Productions and Salman as Prem have been a match made in heaven. Some time back, the veteran filmmaker had confirmed that ‘Prem will be back’. In an exclusive chat, he has now confirmed that he will go on floors for his next film with Salman next year.

When asked for an update on his film with Salman Khan, Sooraj Barjatya told IndiaToday.in, “I am starting with Salman mid-next year because when I make a



film, I become selfish. Today, at this stage of my life as a director, I have become selfish. I write the film myself and when I write myself, then I take my own time. With Salman especially, since we are doing something together after a long time, it has to be something special, especially after all these years. So yeah, I will start next year mid.”

Salman too mentioned that he is very excited to collaborate with Rajshri again. Together, the production house and actor have delivered several hits, including ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun,’ ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai,’ among others.
