Just when it seemed like Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan was about to fade from theaters after a five-week run, National Cinema Day has completely changed the game. On Friday, October 13, ticket prices across many multiplexes were priced at Rs 99 and this gave a boost to many theatrical

films.

After consistently making between Rs 70 to 80 lakh for nearly four days, Jawan experienced a massive surge yesterday, raking in a staggering Rs 5 crore, as reported by market tracker Sacnilk. The film’s domestic nett collection now stands at Rs 632 crore. Jawan had an overall 61.53 percent Hindi Occupancy on Friday.
