Stree 2 streaming on Prime Video from today

Prime Video announced the global streaming premiere of Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s highest-grossing Hindi films Stree 2. After making waves in the theatres, the horror-comedy, directed by Amar Kaushik started premiering on Prime Video from today, October 10.

Having won audiences over for its unique blend of humour and horror, Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank features a stellar cast including Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. This blockbuster film is available to stream in India and over 240 countries and territories worldwide.

The film unfolds in the



beautiful town of Chanderi, years after Stree's disappearance. However, the civilians of the town face a new threat as a headless ghost, named Sarkata, emerges, abducting women in the quest for revenge against those he holds responsible for Stree’s demise. To defeat this monster and restore peace in Chanderi, Vicky, Bittu, Rudra and Jana join forces, seeking help from an unnamed woman (played by Shraddha Kapoor) to fight Sarkata. Together they face their fears and delve into Chanderi’s dark history to save their town.
