Sushmita Sen fights for transgender rights in web series titled 'Taali', trailer Out

Actor Sushmita Sen recently shared the first ever trailer of the upcoming web series Taali. The show will see Sen as transgender activist Gauri.

Helmed by National Award-winning director Ravi Jadhav, and written by Kshitij Patwardhan, Taali has been inspired by true events. The show aims to showcase the journey of



Sushmita's character, when she finally transforms into Gauri and ends up fighting for the rights of the transgender.

In the clip, Sushmita packs a punch as we see her bold transformation into Gauri. From her mannerisms, to voice modulation, clearly the actor has seemingly done her homework to portray the challenging role.
