The Kapil Sharma Show to go off air in July as team tours the US

Kapil Sharma and his team are all set to travel to the USA for a month-long tour. Indianexpress.com had earlier reported about the show taking a break. With Krushna Abhishek’s entry, the break was pushed but we have been told that the team will now shoot for a couple of more episodes by this week, before bringing the curtain down on this season.

A source close to The Kapil Sharma Show shared with us that Gadar 2 cast Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel will be part of the show. The last episode will feature Anil Kapoor,



Aditya Roy Kapur and Sobhita Dhulipala as they will promote The Night Manager 2 on the show. “The team has almost finalised the last few episodes, and the season’s last episode will either air on July 2 or July 9,” the source added.

They further shared that The Kapil Sharma Show’s timeslot (weekend, 9:30 pm) will be taken up by India’s Got Talent. While Shilpa Shetty, Kirron Kher and Badshah are set to return to the show, Manoj Muntashir, who has been in the news for Adipurush, has been dropped as the judge.
