TMKOC producer Asit Modi to take legal action against Jennifer Bansiwal after she accuses him of sexual harassment

Television actress Jennifer Bansiwal has quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The actress has also accused TMKOC producer Asit Modi of sexual harassment. She has levelled serious allegations against him. Apart from accusing Asit, Jennifer has alleged that the show's project head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj behaved rudely with her.

Now, in an exclusive interview with AajTak, Asit Modi has denied all the allegations against him. The producer has decided to take a legal action against Jennifer Bansiwal.

Asit Modi said that he will take legal action against Jennifer Bansiwal as she is trying to defame him and the show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. He added that the actress has made baseless and false allegations against him and makers of the show.

On the other hand, Sohail Ramani and Jatin Bajaj mentioned that Jennifer used to misbehave with everyone on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. They mentioned that they had to terminate the actress' contract because her behaviour was bad on the TMKOC set. The duo confirmed that they have already registered a complaint.
