Ram Charan, wife Upasana Konidela, Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata Shirodkar exercised their rights to vote in the Telangana Elections 2023. The celebrities arrived at the Jubilee Hills polling booth in Hyderabad in the late afternoon on November 30. Photos and videos of the two stars have been circulating on social media.
The polling in Telangana began in 119 constituencies at 7 am on Thursday, November 30. With the public lining up at respective centres, many Tollywood celebrities have also exercised their right to vote.
'RRR' actor Ram Charan returned to Hyderabad from Mysore to participate in the Telangana Legislative Assembly Elections. His wife Upasana Konidela took to Instagram on Thursday and dropped a picture of their inked fingers.
Mahesh Babu arrived at the polling
centre with his wife and actor Namrata Shirodkar. The 'Pokiri' actor turned up in a black shirt and a pair of jeans to cast his vote. Watch the video here:
Mahesh Babu took to X and shared a picture of himself and Namrata after they cast their votes. He wrote, "Cast your vote! We just did! #VotingMatters (sic)."
Actor Junior NTR also arrived at the P Obul Reddy Public School polling place in Hyderabad with his family to cast their votes, ANI reported.
Allu Arjun, Chiranjeevi and Jr NTR were amongst the early voters who arrived at the Jubilee Hills polling booth on Thursday. Apart from them, Megastar Chiranjeevi, SS Rajamouli, Venkatesh Daggubati, Nithiin, Rana Daggubati, Allu Aravind, Vijay Deverakonda, Ram Pothineni, Ravi Teja and Nani, among others also cast their votes.
