Vignesh Shivan watches IPL final shares selfie with MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi as CSK lifts trophy

Vignesh Shivan attended the IPL final match between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. On May 29, the acclaimed director shared a couple of pictures on Instagram where he can be seen cheering for his favourite team. CSK won the IPL championship for the fifth time.

After attending Cannes, Vignesh Shivan flew to Ahmedabad to attend the IPL final 2023 match between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans. MS Dhoni-led CSK won the match and Vignesh celebrated the IPL championship by sharing a selfie with Sakshi Dhoni, Rivaba Jadega and others on Instagram.

Post the historic win, Vignesh took to Instagram to share some pictures from his time at the stands and wrote: “CSK



for life (sic).” In one of his pictures, he can be seen clicking a selfie with Sakshi Dhoni, who shows a victory sign to the camera. The second picture showed the filmmaker posing with Ravindra Jadeja’s wife, Rivaba as they all watched the match together.

Other than this, the director also shared a video from the stand where he shared his excitement. Other than this, Vignesh also shared a picture of the fireworks that took place after CSK won the match. “In the various moments of life, I shall cherish forever! This has a special place! #CSK winnnnnnnnnnn what else do we need! The longest finals played ever! Waited for a couple of days and witnessed one of the greatest games ever played (sic)” he wrote.
