Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa teaser to be unveiled at Cannes Film Festival

In a move that promises grandeur and anticipation, Vishnu Manchu’s highly awaited project Kannappa is gearing up to make a splash at the esteemed Cannes Film Festival. The teaser for the big-budget entertainer is slated for a majestic unveiling on May 20 at the French Riviera, marking a significant moment for Indian cinema on the global stage.

Kannappa, a fantasy drama, directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, comes across as a



spectacle enriched with a stellar cast, including Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, Mohan Babu, and Shiva Rajkumar.

The movie was initially set to feature Nupur Sanon, sister of Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon, as the female lead. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, she had to step down from the project.

Kannappa is penned by the talented trio of Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Burra Sai Madhav, and Thota Prasad.
