Hrithik Roshan is one of those Bollywood stars who is known for putting his sweat ad blood behind any role in his movies. Starting from Krrish to War, the actor’s journey in cinema has been inspiring for many. Hrithik Roshan recently sat down for a conversation with fitness trainer Kris Gethin in a podcast, where he opened up about his body transformation, his mental health, and more.
Hrithik Roshan, who had jetted off on a holiday with Saba Azad and the kids, kick-started the New Year with a special post while flaunting his 8-pack abs. During his latest interview with trainer Kris Gethin, the actor recalled how he "was almost on the verge of depression" while prepping for Siddharth Anand's 2019 film War.
While reminiscing
about the moment when he shot War alongside Tiger Shroff, the actor said, “I feel as light and as fast as our last transformation. I thought I was dying when I was doing War. I wasn't prepared for the film and I was up against a really big challenge. I was trying to achieve perfection for which I wasn't ready. After the film, I went into adrenaline fatigue. For 3-4 months, I couldn't train and wasn't feeling good. I was almost on the verge of depression. I was completely lost and that's when I knew I needed to make a change in my life."
Other than this, the actor even reflected on his thoughts on his recent 12-week transformation journey and said, "It doesn't feel like 12 weeks. It's been so engaging and entertaining. I have enjoyed this process so much.”
