Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif is celebrating her 35th birthday today, and she couldn’t ask for a better start to the day. Her mother Susanna has posted a beautiful picture of Katrina sitting in the middle of hills and lush green field with a cake in front of her. The photo is captioned, “Happy birthday dear Katrina. May you receive all the love and kindness that you give to others.”

Katrina had also shared that she is enjoying a vacation in England. "Birthdays for me are about having a good time with your loved ones. I don't believe in reminiscing too much. Every year I try and have a good time. I am at a place in country side with my sister. I am happy about the day. It is all about having fun, chilling and relaxing," Katrina told officials, adding, “When I come back, I have to finish Aanand L Rai's film Zero for which I have a song to shoot.”

Originally from London, Katrina made a mark for herself in Bollywood

with a number of hit films.

With films such as Rajneeti, Ek Tha Tiger, Dhoom 3 and Tiger Zinda Hai to her credit, she is one of the most bankable actors in Bollywood right now.

In an interview, she said, “I don’t think you can ever feel 100 per cent accomplished and secure in your career because it is a rapidly changing industry. Things are changing so quickly. But now I do feel comfortable and confident here.”

She added, “I have had a career that has been successful. Going ahead, you have to put in that much hard work, keep performing and keep doing films in new spaces that are not only challenging but also interesting to audience.”

She has an impressive line up of releases. She will soon be seen with Shah Rukh Khan in Aanand L Rai’s Zero. Before that, she will have a mega release in Thugs Of Hindostan in which she will feature with Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.
