Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan might have had n-number of flings and break-ups, but his sour breakup with actress Aishwarya Rai can never be blotted out.
Recently, at a press conference for the upcoming season of 'Bigg Boss', host Salman Khan got emotional when the reporters asked him if his ex-flame Aishwarya Rai would come on his show to promote her film 'Jazbaa'.
Answering this question, Salman said, "This had to be the last question before the PR takes away the mike. Claps for this question. Jazbaati sawal...kar diya (Emotional question was asked)." The actor further sang the song "Aate Jaate Jo Milta Hai Tumsa Lagta Hai..."
Salman started dating Aishwarya Rai in 1999. Their love affair was a hot topic in the Indian media. The couple parted ways in 2002. After
their break-up, Aishwarya accused him of hounding and harassing her.
Today, while Aishwarya is happily married to Abhishek Bachchan and also has a daughter, Salman is still a bachelor.
Getting back to the 'Double Trouble' theme of 'Bigg Bosss Nau', host Salman stated that though at first he didn't agree to it, but later when the producers told him that it was the concept of the show, he found it to be funny and accepted it.
The actor also revealed that on the show, he shares his personal experiences and that of his family members and friends with the contestants. There is nothing scripted.
Further, Salman welcomed friend Shah Rukh Khan to come on the show and promote his upcoming film 'Dilwale'.
The show is going to be aired from October 11 on Colors.
