Deepika Padukone is one Bollywood's fashionista who makes fans go gaga over her. Her smile and good looks are enough for anyone to go weak in their knees. Recently, the actress was seen flaunting her golden streaks and it was stunning. However, the change in her hair style didn't impress everyone.
If reports are to be believed, Deepika's Padmavati director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is worried about the change in her hair colour. The actress is all set to play Queen Padmavati in her next period drama in which she is required to have plain black hair. The team will now not be able to shoot with her copper-brown hair shade.
As per a source, "Deepika is now the ambassador of a hair colour
brand, she will experiment with their new shades. She is currently experimenting for the right shade for her red carpet look at Cannes next month. In Bhansali's period film, she can't be seen with brown and gold hair. He can't show a Rajput queen from the 14th century with blonde streaks. Shooting of the film is commencing with her soon so the actress will need to go back on her original black colour before she starts the film."
On a related note, the film revolves around Queen Padmavati, her husband Raja Rawal Singh and Delhi ruler Alauddin Khilji who fell in love with the Rajput queen Padmavati. The film features Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
