WAVES 2025: 1,290 participants including 19 international submit entries for Animation Filmmakers Competition

A total of 1,290 participants including 19 international participants have submitted their entries for the Animation Filmmakers Competition which is being held as part of the World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES). The first edition of the WAVES Summit will be held from the 1st to 4th of May. The submission period for the competition began on the 10th of September last year and closed on 30th of November last



year. 

The Final selection of these entries will be announced next month. The competition offers a unique opportunity for both amateurs and professionals to showcase their creative ideas. Participants will benefit from expert mentorship, masterclasses, and the chance to pitch their projects to industry leaders, with exciting prizes and global exposure.
