There are many ways you can heal your chakras. One simple way to do it during pregnancy is the following -
1. Sit in a comfortable posture with spine upright and close your eyes.
2. Take a few deep breaths and relax your body and mind. Starting from the root chakra, which is at the base of the spine, visualize red color at its position. Mentally direct your breath towards that chakra. Visualize the energy going into your root chakra.
3. Then focus on your
sacral chakra which lies below the navel, along the spine and do the same exercise.
It is said that a child first learns from the mother state of consciousness while in the womb. Healing crown chakra releases endorphins into the brain and uplifts mood. Balance of the crown chakra not only helps a mother to become peaceful but also raises their state of consciousness.
