Raipur: Chhattisgarh government has decided to restore Covid protocols, including mandatory wearing of masks at offices and public places, in the wake of rise in Covid cases in many states. The state government issued a circular to all divisional commissioners and district collectors to ensure implementation of COVID protocols in all places, including in factories, markets, shopping malls, hospitals, and other public places.
Mask or face covers will be compulsory with immediate effect and spitting in public places has been prohibited. Social distancing
norms will have to be followed in public places.
