117 new coronavirus cases reported in Telangana

In Telangana state, spike in new COVID-19 cases is continuing with 117 new cases reported in a single day on Thursday.

With this, the total COVID cases reported in the state has gone up to 2,256.

State Medical Health department in a bulletin said 51 of these fresh cases are of migrant workers coming to the state and the foreign



evacuees.

All foreign evacuees have been kept at the Army and Air force Quarantine Centres.

Meanwhile, four more deaths were recorded taking the total COVID toll in the state to 67.

On the other hand, recoveries have reached 1,345 till now while 844 people are getting treatment in Hospital.
