1,428 fresh Covid-19 cases in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Sunday reported 1,428 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 1,599 recoveries.

Thirty-seven new deaths were also reported.

This takes the



total number of reported cases in the kingdom to 288,690, and recoveries to 252,039. The death toll has now risen to 3,167.

There are 33,484 active cases in the country, of which 1,816 are critical, the ministry said.
