1,860 new Covid-19 cases reported in Bihar

In Bihar, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved over 85 percent which is 9 percent more than national average. One lakh nine thousand six hundred and ninety six people have recovered from the infection in the state so far. 18 thousand 491 patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals at present. Positive cases mounted to 1 lakh 28,859 after 1,860 fresh cases were detected in past 24



hours.

The death toll due to COVID-19 in the state has risen to 662. The total number of testings has crossed 27 lakh 77 thousand in the state.

Meanwhile, the state government has instructed officials to conduct more Coronavirus tests in villages. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, Camps will be organised in different mohllahs to conduct corona test.
