In Nagaland, 26 people yesterday tested positive for COVID-19 taking the total number of affected people to 11,787 in the state.
 
Health and Family Welfare Minister S. Pangnyu Phom in a tweet said, 11 cases were detected in Dimapur, five each in Kohima and Mokokchung, two each from Peren and Mon and one in Phek district.
 
Besides, 23 corona patients have recovered from the infection which included 14



in Kohima, 6 in Peren and 3 in Dimapur.
 
A total of 10,993 people have recovered from the infection so far, while 594 are under treatment.
 
Following a COVID-19 infected patient’s demise in Dimapur, the related death toll has increased to 73 in the state.
 
Altogether 127 affected people have migrated to other states.
