394 new coronavirus cases in Maharashtra takes total of 6,817

In Maharashtra, with 394 people testing positive on Friday, the total number of coronavirus cases has reached 6,817. State Health Minister Rajesh Tope has said that the government will push for aggressive testing to detect coronavirus and also increase facilities for institutional



quarantine.

The government has also decided to make all the tests and treatments free of cost in government medical as well as dental colleges and hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Department of Medical Education and Drugs.
