46 new Covid-19 cases reported in Jharkhand

In Jharkhand, 46 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people who tested Corona positive in the state so far to 1,966. Recovery rate in the state is  68.26 percent after a total of 1,342 people recovered and were discharged from hospitals. A one and half year old child was discharged from RIMS Hospital in Ranchi yesterday after he defeated the COVID 19 infection in just three days time. 144 patients



recovered in the last 24 hours  in the state.

The active caseload including those in hospitals and isolation centres presently stands at 613 while eleven people have succumbed to death due to COVID19.

Six districts in the state - Dumka, Godda, Deoghar, Sahibganj, Pakur and recently added Bokaro are left with no active COVID19 cases remaining.
