5,456 new COVID-19 positive cases in Kerala

In Kerala, 5,456 new Covid-19 cases were confirmed today while 4,701 patients have recovered from the infection. 54,472 samples were tested in the last 24 hours and the test positivity rate is 10.02 per

cent. Presently 58,884 patients are undergoing treatment for the same.

Meanwhile, 23 deaths in the last few days were confirmed today as due to Covid taking the death toll in the state to 2,757.
